Dear Mr. Sims,
Please accept this letter on behalf of Fellowship Bible Church as their
application request for Site Plan Review of the attached. Specifically, we are
submitting application for the Cloud property off Napa Valley and the back half of
the Hinson 4.3 acre site previously approved at the August 24, 1993 Planning
Commission meeting. Enclosed are the following items:
1) 15 copies of the site plan and three (3) copies of the survey for the
Cloud property on Napa Valley.
2) $125.00 filing fee.
3) A letter from Dr. Cloud giving Fellowship Bible Church the
authorization to submit this application.
The purpose of our request for the review of this site plan is to continue
with our plans to create parking on the property to tie in with our 4.3 acres off
Hinson Road. We plan to leave the existing rock house as per the drawing. This
house could possibly be used as lodging for church needs such as visiting
missionary personnel or seminar speakers who may visit the church from time to
time. In no event would it ever be used as rental property.
The 200' notification will be sent out on Wednesday, September 1, 1993 in
accordance with the application rules.
We will meet with you at the Subdivision Committee hearing on September
16, 1993 at 1:00 p.m.. In the meantime, please don't hesitate to contact me with
questions or comments.
