PUBLIC WORKS NOTES
1. Plans of work within the right-of-way will be submitted.
2. Stormwater detention ordinance does apply to this property.
3. A grading plan will be provided and a grading permit
will be obtained of required.
4. Sidewalks and handicap ramps will conform to "MSP" &
current ADA standards.
5. Any damgges to curb, gutter or sidewalk in the right-of-
way will be repaired or replaced
6. Street improvement plans shall include signage and striping.
7. Developer shall obtain all applicable permits from AHTD.
