The application indicated the screening fence height to be six (6) feet. By Code, it must be eight (8) feet in height. Otherwise, the application complies with Ordinance standards. I have indicated the required fence height on the application. The WCF has been approved. Approval of the WCF application is the first step. Appropriate building, land alteration and electrical permits must be obtained. I have enclosed also the Verizon original site plans that the original Building Permit for this site was issued with.
