T -1-N, R -13-W, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY
DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
Beginning at the NE cornerofthe said W}, SE}, SW;, of Section 35; thence
North 88 degrees 42 minutes 25 seconds West along the North line of the
said W}, SEJ, SW} of Section 35, 272.15 feet; thence South 00 degrees 47
minutes 58 seconds West, 183.00 feet to a point on the Northerly right-of-
way line of Interstate Highway 30; thence North 66 degrees 04 minutes East
along the said Northerly right-of-way line of Interstate Highway 30, 299.55
feet to a point on the East line of the said W}, SE}, SW} of Section 35; then
North 00 degrees 52.minutes 16 seconds East along the East line of the said
W}, SE;, SW} of Section 35, 55.32 feet to the paint of beginning, said
tract of land containing 0.74 acres, more or less.
