A tract of land situated in the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 32. T -1-N,
R -13-W, Little Rock, Pulaski County. Arkansas, more particularly described as
follows:
Commencing at an iron pin found at the northwest corner of said SE 1/4. SE 1/4.
thence S 02° 03' 20" W along the center line of said SE 1/4 for a distance of 403.95
feet to in iron pin; thence S 01° 51' 56" W and continuing along the center line of
said SE 1/4 for a distance of 404.44 feet to an iron pin found at the Point of
Beginning; thence continuing along the center line of said SE 1/4 S 02° 02' 28
463.04 feet to the northerly right-of-way line of Baseline Road: thence along said
northerly right-of-way line S 87° 31' E. 151.06 feet to the westerly right-of-way
line of Arkansas State Highway No. 5: thence along said westerly right-of-way line
N 340 14' 08" E, 399.54 feet to an angle iron: thence N 68' 50' 51" W along the
southerly line of the H.B. Henderson property 374.89 feet to the Point of Beginning:
said tract of !and containing 2.52 acres ( 109,918 S.F.). more or less.
NOTES:
1. The boundary survey shown on this plat was taken from surveys done for sewer
line right-of-way acquisition performed in October. 1980 and April, 1981.
2. Topographic information was taken from aerial photography of the area
performed in 1980.
