follows:
Commencing at an iron pin found at the northwest corner of said SE 1/4, SE 1/4.
thence S 02° 03' 20" W along the center line of said SE 1/4 for a distance of 403.95
feet to an iron pin; thence S 01° 51' 56" W and continuing along the centerline of
said SE 1/4 for a distance of 404.44 feet to an iron pin found at the Point of
Beginning: thence continuing along the center line of said SE 1/4 S 020 02' 28
463.04 feet to the northerly right-of-way line of Baseline Road; thence along said
northerly fight -of -way line S 87° 31' E. 151.06 feet to the westerly right-of-way
line of Arkansas State Highway No. 5: thence along said westerly fight -of -way line
N 340 14' 08" E, 399.54 feet to an angle iron; thence N 680 50' 51" W along the
southerly line of the H.B. Henderson property 374.89 feet to the Point of Beginning:
said tract of land containing 2.52 acres (109,918 S.F.), more or less.
