County, Arkansas more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the NW Corner of the E1/2 NW1/4 NE1/4 of said Section 2; thence
S 00'41'32 W, along the East line of Oakcliff and Jenny Lane Subdivision 860.80 feet;
thence N 89'46'56" E, 105.80 feet; thence continue N 89'46'56" E, 225.72 feet; thence
S 00°17'56" W, 398.90 feet to the North Right of Way line of West Markham Street for
the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence S 89'09'00" W, along said North Right of Way line
172.98 feet; thence N 0917'56" E, 133.88 feet; thence N 89'06'34" E, 172.98 feet;
thence S 0917'56" W, 134.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, containing 0.532 Acres
(23,164 sq. ft.) more or less.

I, Lee D. Kendrick certify that a Boundary Survey was done on the Property shown
hereon by a D.C.I. Field Crew under my supervision and this drawing is an accurate
portrayal of the Survey results. All pins set in accordance with existing found
monuments in the area.
Rights of Way and Easements are as shown. Additional Easements and Rights of Ways,
recorded or not a part of the public record, may or may not exist. These easements,
if present, were not part of the documentation provided to prepare this Survey.
