BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following described property be changed from PCD to PD -C. A parcel of land in 'Section 3, T -1-N, R -12-W, and located on the south side of W. 9th. St., between S. Gaines St. and S. State St., Little Rock, Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows: Lots 1, 2, 10, 11, and 12, plus that portion of the alley closed by Ordinance No. 14,868, dated April 16, 1985, lying adjacent to and abutting Lots 1, 2, 10, 11, and 12, all in Block 174, Original City of Little Rock. SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan/ plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning Commission. SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for COPY SYSTEMS -- SHORT -FORM PD -C is condi- tioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified by Chapter 36-454(d) of the Code of Ordinances. SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. SECTION 5. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and be in full force upon final approval of the plan. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following described property be changed from "I-2" (Industrial) to PCD (Planned Commercial District). Lots 1, 2, 10, 11 and 12, Block 174, Original City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, and that portion of the alley located between and adjacent to the above described property closed by the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, Ordinance No. 14,868, April 24, 1985, and recorded as instrument #85-21248 of the records of Pulaski County, Arkansas. SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning Commission. SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Chandler's PCD is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval from the Planning Commission within the time specified by Article IX, Section 9.101 of Chapter 43 of the Code of Ordinances. SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 43-1 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force upon final approval of the plan by the Planning Commission.
