Due to the abundance of office zoning along Markham, staff sees no need to extend this type of use any further northward. The applicant is asked to clarify where the four spaces are to be provided as shown on the site plan or three to be provided as mentioned in this letter. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Denial. SUBDIVISION COMMITTEE REVIEW: Staff reported that the applicant had requested deferment of the item. PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: A motion was made for a 30 -day deferral as requested by the applicant. It was passed by a vote of 9 ayes, 0 noes and 2 absent. SUBDIVISION COMMITTEE REVIEW: (6-27-85) Since the applicant was not present,,the item was not reviewed. PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: (7-9-85) The applicant requested a withdrawal of this item from further consideration. The Planning Commission voted unanimously to accept the withdrawal request.
