particularly descrived as:
Commencing at the NW corner of said NE 1/4 SW 1/4; thence South along

the point of Beginning; thence N58027'E,214.12'; thence S32006'E,105.61'
to a point on the North R/W line of Asher Avenue; thence in a South-
westerly direction along the North R/W line of Asher Avenue the following

18.0'; thence Noth 141.3' to the point of beginning containing .6921
