Section 13, T -1-N, R -13-W Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
particularly descrived as:
Commencing at the NW corner of said NE 1/4 SW 1/4; thence South along
the West line of said HE 1/4 SW 1/4 532.5'; thence S72008'E,100.0';

the point of Beginniig; thence N56027'E,214.12'; thence 832006'E,105.61'
to a point on the Noith R/W line of Asher Avenue; thence in a South-
