STAFF ANALYSIS:
The request is -to rezone a single lot in the I-630/High
Street vicinity to "0-3" for an office use. The property is
located on the south side of I-630 and in an area that has a
very mixed land use pattern that includes multifamily,
office, commercial and some industrial. The zoning is very
similar with "R-5," C-3" and 11I-2" abutting this particular
site. There does not appear to be any outstanding issues
and staff supports the request. The rezoning should have no
impact on the immediate area.
Parking and access shall be approved by the traffic
engineer.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of the rezoning as filed.
PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION:
The applicant was present. There were no objectors. The
Commission voted to recommend approval of the rezoning as
filed. The vote - 9 ayes, 0 noes, 2 absent.
