Here is our proposed response to the inquiry about the cost to service the proposed annexation.

Subject: Plat for A-342
This is the approved plat for the annexation. The Developer says they will plat the first 75 to 90 lots after about 6
months from annexation. We are assuming the first houses would come on line about 6 months later. After discussion
with Joe White we are using 30 houses per year as the added units.
Proximately 1971 linear feet of Crystal Valley Road would be included. The plat approval required 1200 linear feet to be
improved with phase 1 (eastern side of the north side of Crystal valley Road). The remained is with Phase V of the
development.
