As the community continues to grow, so will the calls and patrol frequency. He is asking that you provide us a pro-rated cost. You would not need one and inspector for just five to twenty houses. That person would be doing other things also. So, I need that a quarter of that cost or 10% should be earmarked to this development for each year. Twenty years and the % of the cost each of those twenty years. Subject: RE: cost to service annexation area Kevin, There are no structures or streets currently in the annexation area, and they plan to add only about 20 houses a year starting in year two (with 75 to ninety lots). When would you want to add this person? with no added houses, after twenty houses, after forty houses, after sixty houses? Or not till a hundred of the 500 hundred houses exist? Or would it be a time after the first houses are built, ie five years after the first house, etc.? We just want to know in what year this initial cost of vehicle and new staff person would be. The Little Rock Board of Directors would like better cost to service estimate for this area. Please provide your annual estimate cost to service this area. The attached memo provides the estimated number of houses to be added assuming annexation, starting approximately twelve months after annexation.
