Enclosed is a copy of the Staff report on your item that is part of the agenda for the September 8, 2022, Planning
Commission meeting. The City as scheduled your item to be heard by the Little Rock Planning Commission September 8,
2022 The meeting will be held at the Centre at University Park, 6401 West 12th Street. The meeting will begin at 4:00
PM.
If you have presentation materials you wish to use for the hearing, these must be sent to Staff 24 hours prior to the date
of hearing - wmalone@littlerock.gov. You should plan to attend this hearing and be able to respond to any questions
that may occur.
Do not forget I still need a copy of the Judge’s Order to process your application beyond the Planning Commission. After
the Planning Commission meeting you will receive correspondence on the next step in the City’s review process. If you
