I just wanted to give you a heads-up that we did receive a comment back about a concern for Public Safety with the
annexation. Whether the annexation would impact the ability to provide services.
I usually provide the application with any comment that might be viewed as not positive so if you like you can be ready
with any comments at the hearing about that issue.

Everything is moving forward for the September Planning Commission hearing. Remember, I will need the signed
Judge’s Order prior to scheduling the item on a Board of Director’s agenda.
