I missed the mark on your original question, and I apologize. Those rates are for lot sales, not construction of new
houses. I’ll have to get back with Rick and Joe to see about house construction.

Just want to verify your build out timeline.
On average there are only 300 to 400 total single-family houses built within Little Rock. At your rate, this development
would account for quarter of all houses built in Little Rock in a year. Please verify.

From the date of approval, the estimate to first lot sale would be 5-7 months. Development typically will progress
in phases, with the first phase (75-90 lots) being completed and sold out within 12 months and continuing at an
equal rate until the subdivision is fully developed.

We have been asked to provide the Little Rock Board of Directors additional information related to the cost of services
for your annexation request. To do this we need to know the estimated timeline of development of the area. (i.e. when
would you build the first house (year) and approximately how many houses per year do you estimate building to build
out.)
The annexation request was differed by the Board of Directors to get this information together (with the cost
information from your departments to provide the service as housing units become available - demand for services).
From you all I need is the projected start date of development and the projected number of housing units per year. Any
additional information you would like to also provide is fine. We would like to receive this in the next few working days
so that the annexation will not be further delayed.
