Subject: PC approval of Annexation
On Thursday September 8, 2022 the Little Rock Planning Commission voted to recommend approval of your annexation
request for Crystal Valley Trails. We are preparing the documents for this to be placed on a future Board of Directors
agenda. But without you providing us a copy of the recorded Judge’s Order approving the annexation request, we can
not schedule the item.
Until I receive the signed recorded Judge’s Order, the city will not proceed with your request for annexation. Thank you
for your time and consideration of this matter.
