Ladies and Gentlemen of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock: An item on your agenda for the meeting tomorrow evening (February 21) is the proposed annexation of 169 acres for a proposed Crystal Valley Trails Subdivision, consisting of a minimum of 551 lots to a possible 1,000 lots. I represent three homeowners’ associations in subdivisions around the proposed annexation area who are opposed to the annexation and development. We would appreciate your review of the attached letter prior to the meeting. Thank you.
