You are correct they have 15 days. But in any case, it has not stopped our process. Since we have not scheduled this at
the Planning Commission until September 8, we are good. Just get the Order to me when you have a copy. I will be
sending you the agenda information about September 1.

I'm tracking down the judge's order now. The clerk told me today that Judge
Hyde's law clerk believes he has 45 days to publish his order. I thought it was
15 days, but regardless, Judge Hyde's office received the verification on June
9th, so we're close to 45 days anyway.
