I don’t have the signed judge’s order yet, but I’ll follow up with his office today. I had misunderstood you earlier and had reported to my client that as long as we got our petition and other others to PC by July 18th that we would be on the August agenda. I’m sorry about that. Are we not allowed to go on any BoD agenda until after the planning commission hearing? Would it be possible to go ahead and get on the BoD September 20th agenda even though we won’t be done with the planning commission until September 8th? Thanks again for all your help. In order to get everything through the process we had to have everything June 12 th. So, you will be on the September Planning Commission Agenda which is the 8th.
