I had not sent anything because I was not able to get you on the August Agenda, we had missed a filing deadline. In
order to get everything through the process we had to have everything June 12 th. So, you will be on the September
Planning Commission Agenda which is the 8th. I apologize for any misunderstanding. Also I did not see the signed Judge’s
Order could you send that to me.
