The Little Rock Board of Directors would like better cost to service this area. Please provide your estimate cost to service this area based on the following information. The area is currently undeveloped, and no one lives on the site. The existing structures will be removed by the developer after annexation. After six months from annexation to first lots should be platted and available for sale. The first homes should be available for sale approximately a year of annexation. The overall development would be a 551-lot single-family subdivision of ‘starter’ homes. The applicant estimates the first phase of 75 to 90 lots (six months after annexation) with approximately that many more per year after that. They are estimating approximately 30 houses per year starting in the year after annexation. (ie the first 12 months from annexation: zero houses and development of streets in the se cond six months; months 13 through 24 would see 30 houses built and occupied; this pattern would repeat until 551 lots are development and occupied. It is estimated to take approximately 19 years plus year one for full development). Please return your annual cost estimates to: wmalone@littlerock.gov by close of business Monday November 28, 2022.
