Attached is a copy of a sketch illustrating the area requesting annexation to the City of Little
Rock. The area requesting annexation is some 168.9 acres plus or minus in size, alone the
northside of Crystal Valley Road, north of Colonel Carl Miller Road. (This is generally the
15200-15400 blocks of Crystal Valley Road). The land is zoned R-2, Single Family District. A
551-lot single-family subdivision preliminary plat was approved by the Little Rock Planning
Commission on August 12, 2022 on this land. If there are no issues or concerns with this
