PETITION FOR ANNEXATION
Crystal Valley, LLC, petitions for annexation of certain lands into the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, and in support of the petition, it states:
Petitioner owns one hundred percent (100%) of the following described
lands in Pulaski County, Arkansas:
PART OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 29 AND THE
SOUTHEAST QUARTER AND THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF
SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP 1 NORTH, RANGE 13 WEST, IN PULASKI
COUNTY, ARKANSAS, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY
DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCING AT A POINT LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST
CORNER OF SECTION 30, T-1-N, R-13-W, SAID POINT ALSO BEING
THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE N88'42'40"W ALONG THE
SOUTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 30, A DISTANCE OF 1313.34' TO
THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE SEI/4 SEl/4 OF SAID SECTION
30; THENCE ALONG THE WEST LINE OF THE EAST HALF OF THE
EAST HALF OF SECTION 30 THE FOLLOWING: (1) NO1'52'36"E-
1570.32' (2) NO2'14'24"E-2391.4 PTO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF
THE SETA NEIA OF SECTION 30; THENCE S87'49'07"E ALONG THE
NORTH LINE OF SAID SETA NEIA, A DISTANCE OF 1292.90' TO THE
NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE SETA NEI/4 OF SECTION 30;
THENCE SO 1 027'44"W, ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID SETA NEIA,
A DISTANCE OF 1306.86' TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE
NWl/4 SWl/4 OF SECTION 29; THENCE S87'38'29"E ALONG THE
NORTH LINE OF SAID NWI/4 SWI/4, A DISTANCE OF 1318.79' TO
THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE NWI/4 SWl/4 OF SECTION 29;
THENCE S02'08'54"W ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID NWI/4
SWl/4, A DISTANCE OF 655.71'; THENCE LEAVING SAID EAST
LINE N87'02'51"W-658.22; THENCE S02000'05"W-1981.79' TO A
POINT LOCATED ON THE SOUTH LINE OF THE SWIA SWl/4 OF
SECTION 29; THENCE ALONG SAID SOUTH LINE N87'58'25"W -
657.46' BACK TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. CONTAINING
168.8946 ACRES, MORE OR LESS.
2. Said lands are contiguous to and adjoin lands which are included within the
city limits of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas; said lands are adaptable for residential
purposes; an accurate map of said lands is attached to this petition; the limits of the territory
to be annexed have been accurately described herein; all other requirements of the law for
the annexation of said lands into the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, have been met; and said
lands should be annexed into the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and become a part thereof.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner prays that this Court enter its order abandoning unto the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, for annexation, the aforesaid lands.
