Markham Street Little Rock, Ark. 72201 RE: Crystal Valley, LLC —100% Annexation City of Little Rock Dear Walter: Thank you for visiting with me today. As we discussed, I am enclosing for your consideration the following items: 1. Petition for Annexation filed with Pulaski County Clerk June 3, 2022. 2. Engineer's Verification regarding the legal description and contiguity of property. 3. Preliminary Plat approval with conditions from LR Planning Commission. 4. Abstractor's Title Certificate confirming 100% ownership of property. 5. AGIO Letter for property. 6. County Clerk's verification dated June 9, 2022. 7. My firm check for the required filing fee. I represent the applicant, Crystal Valley, LLC, for this 100% ownership annexation request for 168 acres on the city's west side. This applicant intends to develop a residential subdivision at the location (as reflected on the attached preliminary plat). I do not yet have the county judge's order, but I expect that directly and will provide it to you as soon as I have it, and not later than a week or so before the board of directors meeting. I understand that this application will first be considered at the Planning Commission meeting on August 8, 2022 and that it will automatically be placed on the agenda for the September 2022 Board of Directors meeting. I will be looking forward to receiving the staff report for the application prior to the August 8, 2022 Planning Commission meeting.
