Please see attached Certificate of Compliance draft and confirm that it describes the scope of your work for this
exterior project. I’ll then send you a signed copy for your records.
As I stated on our call, this property has a state conservation easement held by the Arkansas Historic Preservation
Program. Any work done to the property will require review/approval by the state Conservation Easement Coordinator.

It is the owner’s and the contractor’s responsibility to receive approval from the state. Below is the contract
information for the easement coordinator.
