Please submit revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be submitted to this email address for review. RE: Z-4243-D I-630 Business Park LLC 1200 John Barrow Road   Development Comments: 1. Provide hours of operation. 2. Provide information regarding tenant access to storage areas. 3. Will a manager or an “office” area be located on the site? 4. Renovation of the existing two (2) buildings and site may require updates to the landscaping to meet the City’s Landscape Ordinance. 5. Any site lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties. 6. Provide signage plan or note that all signage will conform with the ordinance requirements for commercial signs (Section 36-555 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance). 7. Provide “Bill of Assurance”.
