The comment was regarding the notice in the application packet, it is incorrect in that the venue location is wrong. Staff will forward the correct notice to all applicants well ahead
of time so applicants will have plenty of time for mail outs.
For your convenience, the correct notice is attached, however, for tracking purposes, you will receive an email with instructions regarding hearing exhibits you will need to provide
to staff.
For reference your Z number is Z-4243-D.

The applicant bears the cost of obtaining the 200’ notice from a title company. Once the certified abstract list (landowners) is obtained the applicant forwards the notice of public
hearing to each landowner on the list.
