Erosion Control Notes.
1. Contractor will be responsible for obtaining the Grading Permit
Contact Melvin Hall or Steve Loop at the City of Little Rock
Public Works Department - 371-4461
2. For Erosion Control, stake Hay Bales and Silt Fence in Place
prior to construction.
3. All disturbed areas shall be Fertilized, Seeded, and Mulched
(or Landscaped) as soon as practical.
4. Rough Grading shall be completed and Slopes seeded within 90 Days
of Start of Construction. Final Pavement shall be Complete within 120
Days thereof. Final Landscaping shall be in place within 60 Days of the
completion of Paving.
5. Total Cut/Fill is <3000 Cubic Yards. (This volume is for Public
Works use only. The Contractor shall be responsible for the dirt
work calculations.)
6. Total Disturbed area is 4.9 Acres.
