in helping us get to an approval. We agree this project is sorely needed in an underdeveloped and often neglected corner
of the district.

Please see attached letter confirming the approval of your item, HDC2022-026, at the January 5 th public
hearing. A copy of the signed COA is also attached. The original signed COA is at our office and can be
picked up or mailed to you, whichever is most convenient. Please attach the signed COA with amended
plans to your future building permit.
