5, 2023 meeting. The Little Rock Historic District Commission has approved with
conditions your Certificate of Appropriateness of the multi-family new construction.
The final vote was 6 ayes, 0 noes, and 1 vacant position.
Enclosed is a copy of the Certificate of Appropriateness and the final approved design.
The original (printed on blue paper) should be kept with your important papers and can
be picked up at the Planning & Development office or mail to you.
