Enclosed is a copy of your item that is a part of the agenda for the January 5, 2023 Little
Rock Historic District Commission meeting. The Staff recommendation is approval
with conditions. Please take this opportunity to familiarize yourself with the staff report
before the hearing.
Your application HDC2022-026 for multi-family new construction, at 1003 McMath will
be heard before the Historic District Commission on January 5, 2023. The hearing will
be held in the Auditorium Room at Willie Hinton Neighborhood Resource Center at 3805
W. 12th Street. The meeting will begin at 4:00 p.m.
Your amendment will be item one on the agenda. You or your agent must be present in
order for the item to be heard.
