Do you know what the proposed side yard setback will be for the three-story contemporary structure to
the north? And what the existing side yard setback is for the historic structure? Our GIS measures a 15
foot side yard setback for 1007 McMath but a visit to the site challenges that immediately.

I have received the requested information and new renderings. Thanks! I plan to send the
staff report out to you and the Commissioners tomorrow. I will be out of office December
23rd – 30th but will be checking email periodically if you have any questions about the
report. Additionally, I have a green COA property sign waiting at the Planning &
Development Department front desk for you to pick up. The sign must be posted on the
property facing the street for public view at least 10 days before the meeting date.
