Multi -family new construction is to be completed as amended (attached) and as
approved by the Little Rock Historic District Commission in the January 5, 2023 hearing,
including the following conditions:
1. Obtain a building permit.
2. Textured brick will be used in the central gable form.
3. Parking area is screened with landscaping facing 101h Street.
4. HVAC units will be screened with landscaping facing McMath Avenue.
Should there be changes during construction (design, materials, size, etc.) from the
approved COA, applicant shall notify Commission Staff and take appropriate actions.
Approval by the Commission does not excuse applicant or property from compliance
with other applicable codes, ordinances, or polices of the City unless stated by the
Commission or Staff. Responsibility for identifying such codes, ordinances, or polices
rests with the applicant, owner, or agent.
