Hello Ms. Ratzlaff,
I reviewed the October 6, 2022 HDC minutes and am requesting a correction. Correct the minutes to reflect the Wright
Avenue Neighborhood Association did not support nor oppose the recommended Local Historic District for the Central
High School National Historic District. I submitted a card to indicate this and I stated this during the meeting. At the
time, the Wright Avenue Neighborhood Association did not have enough information to take a position. I also pleaded
with the Commissioners to delay their vote until community concerns were addressed.
After your October 20, 2022 appearance before Wright Avenue Neighborhood residents, a vote was taken by the Wright
Avenue Neighborhood Association to strongly oppose your recommended Local Historic District.

The Little Rock Historic District Commission agenda for February 2nd is online at:
https://www.littlerock.gov/business/planning-and-development/commission-agendas/?tab=3 . For those that are following
the proposal to establish a local ordinance district for the Central High School Neighborhood Historic District, this item will
be heard by the Board of Directors at their February 7, 2023 meeting at 6pm.
All Board and Commission public hearings will be held in person. If you would like to attend or participate in the public
hearing, the meeting will be held at the Willie Hinton Neighborhood Resource Center, 3805 W 12th Street, Little Rock.
There will be no virtual access to the meeting. If you would like to submit a comment on any of the items, please email
your comments to hratzlaff@littlerock.gov by 2pm today to be included in the item packet.
