We typically don’t have that many people attend and haven’t been using the card system but for this meeting we will,
in anticipation of higher attendance. If you, or anyone you know, would like to speak on an item, we will have cards
there to fill out beforehand. It wouldn’t hurt to get there a bit early.

I’ve received the CHNI letter of support and will include this in the staff report. The letter will also be included in the
staff report when the item is heard by the Board of Directors at a later date. I’ll reach out to you and let you know
when it is scheduled for.
Concerning next steps, the item will be heard at the October 6th HDC public hearing. The meeting starts at 4pm at the
Willie Hinton Neighborhood Resource Center. It is the only item on the agenda so we will get straight to it. Anyone
from CHNI, WANA, the neighborhood, or the public is welcome and encouraged to attend. There will be a slot of time
for advocates, objectors, and interested property owner’s to speak to the Commission.
