My name is Jamie, and I am a commercial real estate broker and advisor with Hathaway Group based
in Little Rock. I represent Amy Hester, owner / operator of Red Beauty Lounge currently located at
1923 N. University Ave. She has placed 2410 Glover Street under contractor for a purchase in hopes to
relocate her salon business. Her hours of operation are Tuesday through Saturday, 9 AM — 7 PM.
The seller owned and operated Window Works at the property for many years. The proposed salon use
would have a similar customer count as well as the hours of operation as the former business.
We are seeking C3 zoning, which would allow Red Beauty Lounge to operate her salon business. Most
of the nearby businesses are currently zoned C3.
