There will also be a 6’ high fence (or opaque screen) on the west and north property lines per zoning code. 5) There will only be one dumpster, it has been added to the drawing. 6) Comment noted. 7) Comment noted. 8) The building heights will not exceed 20’ as defined by City of Little Rock code. 9) Exterior building materials will be metal siding. 10) Employee parking has been added to the drawing. 11) Outdoor storage will only be allowed in the fenced yard east of building 1.
