Please submit revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be submitted to this email address for review. RE: Z-9353-A Shields & Associates – PCD 13108 Lawson Road Development Comments: Provide phasing plan for project. Provide hours of operation for all uses. Will there be an office for storage facility? Will there be a gate at the entry onto the site? If so, show on site plan. Will the site be fenced? If so, show on site plan. All fencing must comply with Section 36-516 of the code. Will there be a dumpster on the site? If so, show on site plan. All dumpsters must screened and comply with Section 36-523 of the code. All sight lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties. Any signage must comply with Section 36-555 of the code (signs permitted in commercial zones). Provide information on building heights. Provide information regarding exterior building materials (wood, brick, metal, etc.). Show where employees and customers will park on the site plan. Will there be any outdoor storage other than the property storage yard? If so, show on site plan.
