Torrence, For Z-9353-A, comment #16 regarding the driveway width has been addressed.  Existing right of way on Lawson Road needs to be shown.  However, the applicant needs to show on their application he/she is requesting an (1) advanced grading variance to grade the entire property during Phase 1 of the project and (2) a deferral of the boundary street requirement to construct roadway improvements in accordance with the master street plan until Phase 3 of the project.  These two items should also be added to the staff report to clearly show everything the Planning Commission is considering with this proposed development.
