The City has received an application for an amendment to the Future Land Use Map for property at the
northwest corner of Shackleford and Colonel Glenn Roads - we are providing notice of the application, as you
are listed as the contact for the John Barrow Neighborhood Association.
LU2023-11-01 is a Future Land Use Map amendment requested on approximately 5 acres at Northwest corner
of Shackleford and Colonel Glenn Roads in the I-430 Planning District. The applicant is requesting the
land use designation be changed from Service Trades District (STD) to Commercial (C).
The Subject site is at the NWC of Shackleford and Colonel Glenn Raods -

On January 12, 2023, the Planning Commission will consider the applicant’s request to amend the land use
plan from Service Trades District (STD) to Commercial (C). The hearing will begin at 4:00 p.m. The Planning
Commission does request that you or your agent be present. The meeting will be at the Centre at University
Park, 6401 West 12th Street.
