The Land Use Plan Map is amended at the northwest corner of Shackleford Road and 14 Colonel Glenn Road from Service Trades District (STD) to Commercial (C) as shown on the attached 15 graphic. 16 Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or 17 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 18 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and 19 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the 20 ordinance. 21 Section 3. Repealer.
