LEGAL DESCRIPTION
All of Block 25 of the Pulaski heights Addition to the City
of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas and being more
particularly described as follows: Beginning at the SE corner
of Block 25 of the said Pulaski Heights Addition, thence North
along the East line of the said Block 25, 300.70 feet to the
NF. corner of the said Block 25; thence S 89°54' W along the
North line of the said Block 25, 299.51 feet to the NW corner
of the said Block 25; thence South along the West line of the
said Block 25, 299.45 feet to the SW corner of the said
Block 25; thence S 89°51'41" E along the South line of the
said Block 25, 299.51 feet to the SE corner of the said
Block 25, said SE corner being the point of beginning.
Containing 89,875 square feet or 2.06 acres, more or less.
