LEGAL DESCRIPTION
A tract of land located in parts of Sections 23 and 26, T -1-N,
R -13-W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as

Beginning at the NE corner of the NW1/4, NW1/4, Section 26,
T -1-N, R -13-W, and the East property line of Tall Timber as
platted in book 33, page 53; thence along said East line of Tall

said East line 110.9' to a•point on the South right-of-way line

acres more or less.
