Survey Certification 1, the undersigned, being a duly licensed and qualified surveyor in and for the State of Arkansas, do hereby certify that I made a survey of the hereon described land and improvements on the 18th day of March, 2002 ,(revised 5-17-02) and that this survey fully and correctly represents the property, including all buildings, structures, and improvements thereon, shown in the Mortgagee's Title Insurance Commitment No. 53915, dated April 19, 2002, issued by American Abstract and Title Company and shows all recorded easements and rights—of—way and other matters of record a as described therein and in copies of recorded instruments furnished to me by the Title Company, and, unless otherwise shown, the physical evidence and recorded description of such easements conform. The zoning information and building setbacks as shown hereon are based upon information gathered from the City of Little Rock and to the best of my knowledge, were in effect at the time of this survey. All of said buildings, structures and improvements, including location, type and dimensions, and the distance therefrom to the nearest facing exterior property line of the property are correctly depicted and are fully completed.
