Legal Description:
Part of Lots One (1) and Tvo (2) and all of Lot Three (3), in Fractional Block
Seventeen (17) of Rectortovn Addition, to the City of Little Rock, in Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particulary described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest
corner of said Fractional Bock Seventeen (17), said point being at the Southeast
intersection of Rector Strut, and East Sixth Street; thence South 881 35' East along
the North line of said Fracional Block Seventeen (17) for a distance of forty-five
point thirty (45.30) feet to b point on the Easterly right of way line of the proposed
Little Rock Expressway, wiich is the point of beginning; thence continuing South
88° 35' East along said North line one hundred four point seventy (104.70) feet to the
Northeast corner of Lot Three (3); thence South along the East line of said lot
Three (3) a distance of Sixth (60) feet to the Southeast corner of lot Three (3);
thence North 8W 35' West along the South line of Fractional Block Seventeen (17), a
distance of Eighty-nine point ninety-two (89.92) feet to the East right of way line of
the proposed Little Rock Eipressway; thence '-Porth 12° 34' West along said right of
way, line Sixty-one point eighty-two (61.82) feet to the point of beginning.

particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said

Seventh Street and Rector Street; thence run South 88° 46' East along the North line
of East Seventh Street Seventy -Seven point Seventy -Three (77.73) feet to the East
