3 A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING THE WILLINGNESS OF THE CITY OF
4 LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, TO PARTICIPATE IN A COST SHARING
5 AGREEMENT WITH VILLAGE AT BC, LLC, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO
6 EXCEED NINE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($900,000.00), FOR
7 IMPROVEMENTS TO COLONEL GLENN PLAZA DRIVE AND
8 TOPGOLF WAY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

10 WHEREAS,the Village at BC, LLC,has implemented plans to extend Colonel Glenn Plaza Drive and
11 Topgolf Way; and,
12 WHEREAS,it is desirable for the City to partner with and participate in the cost the extension of Colonel
13 Glenn Plaza Drive and Topgolf Way.
14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
15 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
16 Section 1. The City will participate in the extension of Colonel Glenn Plaza Drive and Topgolf Way, in
17 an amount not to exceed Nine Hundred Thousand Dollars($900,000.00).
18 Section 2. The Mayor or City Manager,or their designee, is hereby authorized and directed to execute
19 all the appropriate agreements and payments necessary to expedite the construction of this project.
20 Section 3. Funding for the City share of this project will come from the 3/8-cent Capital Improvement
21 Fund Jobs,Recruitment, and Economic Development Infrastructure, Account No. 326109-TS10A03.
22 Section 4. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
23 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
24 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions ofthe resolution which shall remain in full force and effect
25 as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part ofthe resolution.
26 Section 5. Repealer. All laws,ordinances,resolutions,or parts ofthe same,that are inconsistent with the
27 provisions of this resolution, are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
