3 A RESOLUTION TO SET MARCH 7, 2023, AS THE DATE OF PUBLIC
4 HEARING ON THE REQUEST ABANDON THE TEN (10)-FOOT WIDE
5 ALLEY RIGHT-OF-WAY LOCATED WITHIN BLOCK 16, GIBRALTER
6 HEIGHTS ADDITION IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
7 BLOCK BOUNDED BY ATKINS ROAD(700 BLOCK)TO THE EAST AND
8 THREE (3) UNDEVELOPED RIGHTS-OF-WAY TO THE NORTH,
9 SOUTH AND WEST (G-23-486); AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

11 WHEREAS, a notice has been filed regarding the request to abandon the ten (10)-foot wide alley
12 right-of-way located within Block 16, Gibralter Heights Addition, in the City of Little Rock,Arkansas.
13 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
14 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
15 Section 1.The hearing on the notice of the request to abandon shall be held at a meeting of the Board
16 of Directors that will start at 6:00 PM on the 7`11 day of March 2023, at the Centre at University Park 6401
17 West 12th Street,Little Rock,Arkansas.
18 Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed
19 by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
20 County,Arkansas,and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock,Arkansas.
21 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
22 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
23 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and
24 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
25 resolution.
26 Section 4. Repealer. All resolutions, bylaws, and other mattes inconsistent with this resolution are
27 hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
