ALL WORK SHALL BE DONE IN A SAFE AND WORKMANLIKE MANNER AND IN STRICT ACCORDANCE WITH GOVERNING BUILDING CODES, NATIONAL ELECTRIC CODE, AND ALL APPLICABLE REGULATIONS AND ORDINANCES HAVING JURISDICTION.
